CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-106 <br />APPROVING WETLAND BUFFER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND WETLAND <br />EASEMENT TO RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the City awarded contracts for the construction of a Public Works Building at 1189 <br />Main Street, and <br />WHEREAS, development of the site is subject to a permit from the Rice Creek Watershed <br />District (RCWD), and <br />WHEREAS, the RCWD will be considering approval of the permit (Permit No. 26-031) at their <br />June 10, 2026 Board of Managers subject to certain conditions including the execution of a <br />wetland buffer maintenance agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and granting of a <br />wetland easement in favor or the RCWD, attached hereto as Exhibit B. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the City <br />hereby approves the Wetland Buffer Maintenance Agreement, with the RCWD and hereby <br />grants the wetland easement. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the <br />agreement and easement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June 2026. <br />R Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
