RESOLUTION NO. 26-106
APPROVING WETLAND BUFFER MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND WETLAND
EASEMENT TO RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City awarded contracts for the construction of a Public Works Building at 1189
Main Street, and
WHEREAS, development of the site is subject to a permit from the Rice Creek Watershed
District (RCWD), and
WHEREAS, the RCWD will be considering approval of the permit (Permit No. 26-031) at their
June 10, 2026 Board of Managers subject to certain conditions including the execution of a
wetland buffer maintenance agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit A, and granting of a
wetland easement in favor or the RCWD, attached hereto as Exhibit B.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the City
hereby approves the Wetland Buffer Maintenance Agreement, with the RCWD and hereby
grants the wetland easement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
agreement and easement on behalf of the City.
