RESOLUTION NO. 26-109
APPROVING DESIGN CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH WSB FOR 24TH AVENUE /
ELMCREST AVENUE AND ROSEMARY WAY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City authorized plans and specifications for the Otter Lake Road Extension
project on August 14, 2023; and
WHEREAS, during the design process additional improvements were identified to
accommodate business access, construction staging, utility connections, and address potential
increases in traffic requiring the connection of Rosemary Way to Otter Lake Road and the paving
of 24th Avenue/Elmcrest to 80th Street; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota:
1. The Otter Lake Road design contract is amended to include preparation of plans
and specifications for the 24th Avenue/Elmcrest Avenue and Rosemary Way
Improvements.
2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare
plans and specifications for the 24th Avenue/Elmcrest Avenue and Rosemary Way
Improvements Project for an amount not to exceed $105,000.00.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2026.
