CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-67 <br />APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH BORDER <br />FOODS, LLC AT OTTER CROSSING SOUTH 2NDADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for a Taco Bell; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is Lot 1, Block 1, Otter Crossing South <br />2nd Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site <br />performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Border Foods, <br />LLC. is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such <br />agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of June, 2026. <br />g <br />Rot Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />
