CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Root called the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />onMay 13, 2026. <br />2.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3.PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Chair Root declared public comment open at 6:31 p.m. <br /> <br />There was no one present for public comment. <br />Mr. Vojtech motioned to close public comment at 6:31p.m. Motion was seconded by <br />Mr.Kohler. Motion carried 6–0. <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mr. Kohler moved to approve the April 8, 2026 meeting minutes. Motion seconded by <br />Mr. Vojtech. Motion carried 5 – 0, with one abstention. <br /> <br />6.
