1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.
2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items
The agenda was adopted as presented.
3. Annoucement
Mayor Rafferty announced that pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, subdivision
3(a), the meeting will be closed to conduct the City Administrator's Annual Performance
Evaluation.
4. Closed Session
Motion to go into closed session at 7:02 p.m. pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05,
subdivision 3(a) to conduct the City Administrator's Annual Performance Evaluation.
