CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-125 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO <br />CUSTOM REMODELERS INC. (CRI) <br />WHEREAS, Custom Remodelers Inc. (CRI), 474 Apollo Drive, Lino Lakes, MN 55014, has <br />applied for a solicitor license to allow the following salespeople to solicit within the City of Lino <br />Lakes: <br />1. <br />Jeremy Larson <br />2. <br />Landon Hall <br />3. <br />Shawn Vensland <br />4. <br />Tyler Janckila <br />5. <br />Shawn Vanburen <br />6. <br />Ethan Richter <br />7. <br />Mundah Keleekai <br />8. <br />Max Cullen <br />WHEREAS, CRI will be required to comply with the provisions of Chapter 613 of the Lino <br />Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license as a condition of issuance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />approves the request of CRI to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a period of six (6) months, for a <br />license term beginning within the year 2026, contingent upon successful completion of the <br />background check and meeting all conditions of the license. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes on July 13, 2026. <br />ti 0 <br />b R erty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
