CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-126 <br />AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A SOLICITOR LICENSE TO <br />POMMIER WINDOW WASHING LLC <br />WHEREAS, Pommier Window Washing LLC, located at 7014 Humber Trail NE, North <br />Branch, MN 55056, has applied for a solicitor license to allow the following salespeople to <br />solicit within the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. Evan Pommier <br />WHEREAS, Pommier Window Washing LLC will be required to comply with the provisions of <br />Chapter 613 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license as a condition of <br />issuance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota hereby <br />approves the request of Pommier Window Washing LLC to solicit throughout Lino Lakes for a <br />period of six (6) months, for a license term beginning within the year 2026, contingent upon <br />successful completion of the background check and meeting all conditions of the license. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes on July 13, 2026. <br />` y r <br />Ro fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC <br />City Clerk <br />
