CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 26-127 APPROVING WILKINSON WATERS SECOND ADDITION PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT WHEREAS, on May 19, 2026, the City received a complete land use application for Wilkinson Waters Second Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat hereafter referred to as Development; and WHEREAS, City staff completed review of the Development based on the following plans and information: • Wilkinson Waters Second Addition Final Plat • Wilkinson Water Townhomes East 90% Plan Set prepared by ISG dated May 11, 2026 • Title Commitment dated June 18, 2026; and WHEREAS, on May 27, 2025, the City Council approved the PUD Preliminary Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 25-65; and WHEREAS, on June 10, 2026, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the Development; and WHEREAS, the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: FINDINGS OF FACT Per City Code Section 1001.057 Review, Approval or Denial: (2) The following requirements shall be met before consideration of the final plat by the City Council: (a) The final plat shall substantially conform to the approved preliminary plat and phasing plan.
