CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-128 <br />APPROVING WILKINSON WATERS SECOND ADDITION <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on July 13, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-127 approving <br />Wilkinson Waters Second Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the Planned Unit Development Agreement for Wilkinson Waters Second Addition is approved <br />and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2026. <br />"< r - , -1- � -e, r " V� <br />R R fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
