RESOLUTION NO. 26-132
APPROVING PELTIER PONDS
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on July 13, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-131 approving
Peltier Ponds PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the
execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that
the Planned Unit Development Agreement for Peltier Ponds is approved and authorizes the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2026.
