RESOLUTION NO. 26-135
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, COUNTY ROAD J AND CENTERVILLE ROAD ROUNDABOUT
LANDSCAPING PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the County Road J and
Centerville Road Roundabout Landscaping Project, quotes were received, and tabulated:
Advanced Irrigation: $72,990 excluded electrical work, site earthwork/soil prep
Peterson Companies: $88,981.50 all-inclusive
Hoffman & McNamara: $94,967 all-inclusive
JL Theis: $108,316 all-inclusive
WHEREAS, it appears that the lowest bidder with all-inclusive pricing was Peterson
Companies, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the funding for the project is through Municipal State Aid Street funds in the
amount of $130,000.00; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Peterson Companies, Inc. in the amount of $88,981.50 by the name of the City of Lino
Lakes for the construction of the County Road J and Centerville Road Roundabout
Landscaping Project according to the plans and specifications approved by the City
Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2026.
