CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-136 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2026 TRAIL MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2026 Trail <br />Maintenance Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />Total Quote <br />Winberg Companies LLC <br />$94,395.00 <br />Dimke Excavating Inc <br />$99,551.85 <br />Allied Blacktop Company <br />$139.963.05 <br />Bituminous Roadways Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Winberg Companies LLC, of Shafer, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the General Fund — Parks Department in the <br />amount of $120,000; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Winberg Compaines LLC in the amount of $94,39S.00 by the name of the City of Lino Lakes <br />for the construction of the 2026 Trail Maintenance Project according to the plans and <br />specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2026. <br />01 <br />RA,-fferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
