RESOLUTION NO. 26-136
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, 2026 TRAIL MAINTENANCE PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2026 Trail
Maintenance Project, quotes were received, and tabulated:

WHEREAS, it appears that Winberg Companies LLC, of Shafer, Minnesota, is the lowest
responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the General Fund — Parks Department in the
amount of $120,000; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Winberg Compaines LLC in the amount of $94,39S.00 by the name of the City of Lino Lakes
for the construction of the 2026 Trail Maintenance Project according to the plans and
specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2026.
