RESOLUTION NO. 26-137
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF UTILITY RATE STUDY AND UTILITY RATE
STRUCTURE REVIEW
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has identified the need to ensure adequate funding for
the water, sanitary sewer, and storm water utilities operations, debt service, and capital
infrastructure; and
WHEREAS, Erickson Northstar LLC has submitted a proposal to provide professional
services to assist the City in conducting a Utility Rate Study and Utility Rate Structure Review;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
Professional Services Agreement with Erickson Northstar LLC for Preparation of a Utility Rate
Study and Utility Rate Structure Review is hereby approved and staff is authorized to execute the
proposal on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2026.
