RESOLUTION NO. 26-138
APPROVING ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT AND EASEMENT AGREEMENT
WILKINSON WAY
WHEREAS, on April 27, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-60 approving
Wilkinson Waters Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and
WHEREAS, the development includes construction of Wilkinson Way, within the City of
North Oaks, on property owned by Presbyterian Homes of North Oaks, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, conditions of Final Plat approval included requirements for the provision of a
public street and utility easement over that portion of the proposed Wilkinson Way, within the
City of North Oaks; and
WHEREAS, Presbyterian Homes (Grantor), Anoka Holdings, LLC, (Developer), Wilkinson
Waters, LLC, North Oaks Home Owners Association (NOHOA), North Oaks Company (NOC) and
the City of Lino Lakes have reached an agreement for the construction, maintenance and repair
of Wilkinson Way and the realigned Wilkinson Lake Boulevard,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that
the Roadway Improvement and Easement Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes,
Presbyterian Homes (Grantor), Anoka Holdings, LLC, (Developer), Wilkinson Waters, LLC, North
Oaks Home Owners Association (NOHOA), and North Oaks Company (NOC) is hereby approved
and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the
City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of July, 2026.
