CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-139 <br />APPROVING STORMWATER RE -USE AGREEMENT FOR <br />WILKINSON WATERS <br />WHEREAS, on April 27, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-60 approving <br />Wilkinson Waters PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the approval required the execution of a Stormwater Re -Use Agreement <br />between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Stormwater Re -Use Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and Anoka Holdings, LLC is <br />hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute such agreements on <br />behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 1311 day of July, 2026. <br />Ro aff rty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
