1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m.
2. SETTING THE AGENDA
The agenda was adopted as presented.
3. ANNOUCEMENT
Mayor Rafferty announced that Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05, the meeting will be
closed to discuss labor negotiations strategy.
4. CLOSED SESSION
Motion to go in to Closed Session at 7:09 p.m. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 13D.05,
to discuss labor negotiations strategy.
RESULT: Carried [4-0]
