CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-140 <br />APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 1 AND FINAL FOR THE 2026 SEAL COAT & CRACK FILL <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, on April 27, 2026, the City Council passed resolution 26-58, awarding the <br />contract for the 2026 Seal Coat & Crack Fill Project to Pearson Brothers, Inc. in the amount of <br />$112,477.76; <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 1 and Final for the <br />2026 Seal Coat & Crack Fill Project and can be found on file at the offices of the City of Lino Lakes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that Payment <br />Request No. 1 and Final is approved for a final payment amount of $111,475.76 for the 2026 Seal <br />Coat & Crack Fill Project: <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of July, 2026. <br />I—. b�-4 �� t�rts� <br />R R ferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
