RESOLUTION NO. 26-142
APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH WSB FOR MATERIALS
TESTING FOR OTTER LAKE ROAD EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, City of Lino Lakes is completing Otter Lake Road Extension Project, quotes
were solicited for professional services for materials testing. Quotes were received and
calculated as shown below:

and
WHEREAS, two bids were received meeting project requirements; and
WHEREAS, WSB, of Golden Valley, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible quoter, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to award the
low quote,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
WSB, in the amount of $70,979, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes, for the materials
testing in accordance to the Otter Lake Road Extension Project.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of July, 2026.
