CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-144 <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />2026 BIRCH STREET SEWER CROSSING PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Minger <br />Construction Co. Inc. in the amount of $613,00.00, on July 27, 2026; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB LLC has submitted a proposal to complete the construction services for <br />the 2026 Birch Street Sewer Crossing Project in the amount of $48,800.00; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the City to <br />proceed with the construction oversight and administration, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the Mayor <br />and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB LLC, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of the 2026 Birch Street Sewer Crossing <br />Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of July, 2026. <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />er, �-. • <br />t� . <br />Q <br />afferty, Mayor <br />
