RESOLUTION NO. 26-145
APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL FOR THE
ANDALL STREET CULVERT PROJECT
WHEREAS, on November 24, 2025, the City Council passed resolution 25-163, awarding the
contract for the Andall Street Culvert Project to Dimke Excavating, Inc. in the amount of
$88,925.59; and
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 2 and Final where the
final amount of the Andall Street Culvert Project was $76,368.67;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment Request No.
2 and Final is approved for a final payment amount of $3,818.43 for the Andall Street Culvert
Project to Dimke Excavating, Inc.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of July, 2026.
