CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-54 <br />APPROVING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT WITH O'REILLY <br />AUTO PARTS AT JAVA LINO LAKES 2NDADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed review of the site and building plans for a O'Reilly <br />Auto Parts; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal description of the property is Lot 1, Block 1, Java Lino Lakes 2" d <br />Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, City Code Section 1007.020(5)(d) requires the execution of a site <br />performance agreement prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement between the City of Lino Lakes and O'Reilly Auto <br />Enterprises, LLC. is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute <br />such agreements on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of April, 2026. <br />T!y6erty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
