CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-58 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2026 SEAL COAT AND CRACK FILL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2026 Seal Coat and <br />Crack Fill Project, quotes were received, and tabulated: <br />CONTRACTOR <br />TOTAL QUOTE <br />Asphalt Concrete Solutions <br />Did Not Quote <br />Allied Blacktop Company <br />$118,786.64 <br />Astech <br />Did Not Quote <br />Bituminous Roadways Inc. <br />Did Not Quote <br />Pearson Bros, Inc. <br />$112,477.76 <br />SealTech <br />Did Not Quote <br />WHEREAS, it appears that Pearson Brothers Inc. of Hanover, Minnesota, is the lowest <br />responsible bidder; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the Pavement Management funds in the <br />amount of $140,000; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with <br />Pearson Brothers Inc in the amount of $112,477.76 by the name of the City of Lino Lakes <br />for the construction of the 2026 Seal Coat and Crack Fill Project according to the plans <br />and specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of April, 2026. <br />Rob of erty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, City Clerk <br />
