RESOLUTION NO. 26-58
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES, AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION
CONTRACT, 2026 SEAL COAT AND CRACK FILL PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for quotes for the construction of the 2026 Seal Coat and
Crack Fill Project, quotes were received, and tabulated:

WHEREAS, it appears that Pearson Brothers Inc. of Hanover, Minnesota, is the lowest
responsible bidder; and
WHEREAS, the funding for the project is from the Pavement Management funds in the
amount of $140,000; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes:
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Pearson Brothers Inc in the amount of $112,477.76 by the name of the City of Lino Lakes
for the construction of the 2026 Seal Coat and Crack Fill Project according to the plans
and specifications approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk.
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 271h day of April, 2026.
