CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-61 <br />APPROVING WILKINSON WATERS ADDITION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, on April 27, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-60 approving <br />Wilkinson Waters Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the <br />execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />the Planned Unit Development Agreement between Anoka Holdings, LLC and the City of Lino <br />Lakes is approved and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on <br />behalf of the City <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of April, 2026. <br />r, <br />R b Raf erty, Mayor <br />Roberta Colotti, CIVIC, City Clerk <br />
