RESOLUTION NO. 26-61
APPROVING WILKINSON WATERS ADDITION PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on April 27, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-60 approving
Wilkinson Waters Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the
execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that
the Planned Unit Development Agreement between Anoka Holdings, LLC and the City of Lino
Lakes is approved and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on
behalf of the City
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of April, 2026.
