CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 26-82 <br />AMENDING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH OERTEL ARCHITECTS, <br />PUBLIC WORK BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City authorized a professional services contract with Oertel Architects for <br />Architectural and Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services and Landscape <br />Architectural Services on January 25, 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, the contract was amended on June 9, 2025, to include Civil Engineering <br />services; and <br />WHEREAS, Oertel Architects has requested an amendment to the contract in the amount <br />of $25,600.00, to address the multiple bid packs not contemplated in the original proposal, along <br />with parking lot, surface water management, utility and building design alterations requested <br />after certain design milestones were reached. Additionally, the amendment includes additional <br />services regarding site irrigation system; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the request and recommends the <br />amendment in the amount of $25,600.00, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the <br />professional services contract for the design of the Public Works facility is amended in the <br />amount of $25,600, adjusting the total contract amount to $793,356.50. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11' day of May, 2026. <br />41 A,. 4 t- � <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Roberta Colotti, CMC, City Clerk <br />
