RESOLUTION NO. 26-150
APPROVING LYNBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES SECOND ADDITION
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on August 10, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-149 approving
Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes Second Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the
execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that
the Planned Unit Development Agreement is approved and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute such agreement on behalf of the City
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of August, 2026.
