RESOLUTION NO. 26-153
AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH WSB, LLC FOR THE PREPARATION OF WATER
SUPPLY PLAN, LOCAL WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN AND
2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATES
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 103G.291 is required to update its
Water Supply plan every 10 years; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 103B and Minnesota Rules Chapter
8410, the City is required to update its Local Water Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is required to prepare an update to its Comprehensive
Plan to meet the requirements of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act; and
WHEREAS, WSB, LLC., the City Engineer, has provided proposals to complete these
studies and the transportation, sanitary sewer, water supply and local water management
chapters of the Comprehensive Plan in the aggregate amount of $198,846;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
below proposals with WSB, LLC are hereby approved:
1. Water Supply Plan in the amount of $15,400.00
2. Local Water Management Plan in the amount of $37,952
3. 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update in the amount of $145,494.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that the
Community Development Director is hereby authorized to execute the proposals on behalf of
the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of August, 2026.
