Kristin Nierengarten.
1. Call to Order and Roll Call
Mayor Rafferty called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
2. Setting the Agenda: Addition or Deletion of Agenda Items
The agenda was adopted as presented.
3. City Council Training: Council's Role, Responsibilities & Governance
The City Attorney presented a governance training session relating to the Council's role,
governance responsibilities, duties to the public and steps for responding to question and
complaints.
The City Council reviewed and discussed the materials as presented.
4. Adjournment
Mayor Rafferty adjourned the meeting at 6:56 p.m.
