RESOLUTION NO. 26-161
RESOLUTION APPROVING NATURES REFUGE NORTH SECOND ADDITION
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, on September 14, 2026 the City Council passed Resolution No. 26-160
approving Natures Refuge North Second Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat; and
WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the
execution of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes
approves the Development Agreement and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such
agreement on behalf of the City
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of September, 2026.
