RESOLUTION NO. 26-166
ACEPTING QUOTES, AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT 7393 24T" AVE N
STORAGE BUILDING DEMOLITION PROJECT
WHEREAS, City of Lino Lakes is completing Otter Lake Road Extension Project, quotes
were solicited for demolition of existing storage building within the project location. Quotes
were received and calculated as shown below:

and
WHEREAS, five quotes were received meeting project requirements; and
WHEREAS, Winberg Companies LLC, of Shafer, Minnesota, is the lowest responsible
quoter, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City to award the
low quote,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Winberg Companies LLC, in the amount of $69,405.06, in the name of the City of Lino
Lakes, for the demolition of 7392 24th Ave N in accordance to the Otter Lake Road
Extension Project.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14111 day of August 2026.
