RESOLUTION NO. 26-172
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR THE LIFT STATION NO. 53 REHABILITATION PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City to proceed with
the preparation of plans and specifications for the Lift Station No. 53 Rehabilitation Project.
WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal for engineering design,
preparation of bid documents, and construction services for the Lift Station No. 53 Rehabilitation
Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota:
1. Authorizes the Preparation of Plans and Specifications for the Lift Station No. 53
Rehabilitation Project.
2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to provide
engineering design, preparation of bid documents, and construction services for the
Lift Station No. 53 Rehabilitation Project for an amount not to exceed $17,500.00.
