RESOLUTION NO. 26-174
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
WATER SERVICE CONNECTION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 26-163 of the council adopted on August 24, 2026,
awarding the contract for the Water Service Connection Project to Levanen Underground in the
amount of $310,430.00; and
WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 1 in the
reduced amount of ($123,882.00). The Water Service Connection Project contract with Levanen
Underground with Change Order No. 1 would be decreased to a total contract amount of
$186,548.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,
Minnesota that Change Order No. 1 is approved in the reduced amount of ($123,882.00).
Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of September, 2026.
