CALL TO ORDER Mayor Rafferty called the meetingto order at 6:30 p.m. SETTING THE AGENDA The agenda was adopted as presented. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS None PUBLIC COMMENT Kevin Stanton, 1157 Main Street, Lino Lakes, reviewed his legal matters and police interactions. He stated that he also attended the Coon Rapids City Council meeting. Mayor Rafferty Closed the Public Comment period at 6:34 p.m. 1. CONSENT AGENDA A. Expenditures for August 24, 2026 (Check No. 125519 through 125591) in the Amount of $1,022,228.98 B. August 3, 2026, City Council Work Session Minutes C. Public Hearing: Resolution No. 26-156, Approving Adoption of a Housing Program and Issuance of Senior Housing Revenue Refunding Note The Finance Director reported that this agreement does not pledge the City's taxing authority. Mayor Rafferty opened the Public Hearing at 6:43 p.m. No comments were made. The regularly scheduled City Council Work Session for that evening has been moved to Tuesday, September 8th at 6:00 PM.
