Call to Order and Roll Call (Meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m. Members P resent: George Lindy, Pam Taschuk, Michael O’Conner, Katie Boyle, Pat Huelman , and Bill Kusterman. Members Absent: Paul Montain.) 2. Approval of Minutes from January 7, 2002 (Pat Huelman made a motion to approve the January 7 , 2002 minutes. Pam Taschuk seconded the motion and the minutes were ap proved.) 3. Setting Agenda (There were no additions or deletions.) 4. Open Mike (There was no one present for open mike.) 5. Review Stoneybrook Preliminary Plat (After review Pam Taschuk made a motion to accept 1 00 percent cash park dedication. Seconded by Bill Kusterman and approve d. Staff will forward a memo to the Planning Department.) 6. Discuss and Approve 2002 Park Board Goals (The Board discussed and approved the 2002 Park Boa rd Goals.) 7. Review 2001 Park and Recreation Department Accompli shments (The members reviewed the material in the packets.) 8. Approve Content, Amount, and Date of Referendum (Members discussed this item and Pam Taschuk made a motion to approve the content, amount and date of referendum. Seconded b y Bill Kusterman and approved.) 9. Recreation Update (Rick touched on some of the highlights included in the packet.) 10. Park Update (Rick reviewed the memo in the packets and answered members questions.)
