All memb ers were present.) 2. Approval of Minutes from April 1, 2002 (Bill Kusterman made a motion to approve the April 1, 2002 minutes. Mike O’Connor seconded the motion and the minutes were a pproved. Paul Montain abstained.) 3. Setting Agenda (There were no additions or deletions.) 4. Open Mike (There was no one present for open mike.) 5. Discuss 2002 Park Board Goals (There was discussion of the partial matching DNR G rant for Clearwater Creek Park ($100,000). Members discussed beginning the d evelopment of Highland Meadows Park ($192,000.) Members also want to ensu re that funds are available to complete the Birch Park Trail (up to $20,000). 6. Recreation Update (Members reviewed the information in the packets.) 7. Park Update (Rick reviewed the memo in the packets.) 8. Old Business a. Clearwater Creek Park Update (Rick told members the status of this park. The pl ayground raising will be Saturday, May 18.) b. Digital Photos and Bios of Park Board Members (Photos were taken and bio turned into Rick.)
