Council Member Gedt u0 introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 09-51
RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 09-40
WHEREAS, Resolution 09-40 authorized the transfer of funds from the Drug Forfeiture
Fund to the Crime Prevention Account for the purchase of office equipment, and
WHEREAS, funding for this purchase has become available through a payment from
Century College, and
WHEREAS, the original transfer is no longer needed and the budget should instead be
amended to reflect the additional revenue.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 09-40 is hereby amended with
the following budget amendment being adopted:
Increase Increase
Crime Prevention (101 - 420 -4214 -000) $3,000.00
Police Other Revenue (101- 3422 -000)
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of July 2009.
