RESOLUTION NO. 1 G
RESOLUTION SETTING LINO LAKES MAYOR AND COUNCIL SALARIES FOR 2010
WHEREAS, Lino Lakes employees have been asked to make concessions in the form of
furloughs, and deferred cost of living adjustments in consideration of the 2010 General Fund
Budget, and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council also wishes to be a part of the solution for the 2010
General Fund Budget, and
WHEREAS, staff has been directed at council work sessions to prepare this resolution for their
official consideration
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LINO LAKES: that the following salaries shall be in place for the year 2010:
Mayor $6,272.00
Council Member $5,018.00

The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member
Roeser and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof
Gallup, Roeser, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Reinert'
The following voted against same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
