troduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 08 -01
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUMMARY OF
ORDINANCE NO. 18 -07 FOR PUBLICATION
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Ordinance No. 18 -07, vacating portions of two
drainage and utility easements on Lot 9, Block 1; and
WHEREAS, MN statute 412.191 provides for a city to publish a summary of an
ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the summary in Attachment A clearly
informs the public of the intent and effect of the ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the publication in the official newspaper will include a notice that a full
printed copy of the ordinance is available at City Hall,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council approves the summary
in Attachment A for publication according to state law and the City Charter.
Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of January, 2008.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Gallup and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
O'Donnell, Gallup,Reinert, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
none (Stoltz absent)
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 18 -07
VACATING PORTIONS OF TWO DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, OAKWOOD VIEW
Section 1 Findings: The property owner requested the vacation of portions of two
drainage and utility easements in Lot 9, Block 1, Oakwood View. A public hearing was
held on December 10, 2007 before the City Council. Stormwater management and
wetland buffering will comply with City requirements.
Section 2: The described portions of two easements are hereby vacated:
Section 3: Other easements contained upon the property are not affected.
Section 4: This ordinance shall be in effect in accordance with the City Charter.
Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on January 28, 2008.
