TOPIC: Resolution 08 -10
Accepting Land Donation
Outlots A and B, Woodridge Estates
ACTION: 3/5
BACKGROUND
The Woodridge Estates neighborhood was platted in 1989. The developer of that project
still owns Outlots A and B. Each of these outlots contains a wetland that functions as
part of the City's stormwater management system. Even if there might be land that could
be further developed on them, both outlots are entirely landlocked by surrounding
developed property and thus have no access. In December 2007 the owner of the outlots
donated the outlots to the City .
Resolution 08 -10 accepts the donation of the outlots.
