CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 08-20
APPROVING PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 2 (FINAL), LINO LAKES REGIONAL
TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution of the Council adopted March 26, 2007, awarding the
contract for Lino Lakes Regional Trail Improvement Project to WB Miller, Inc.;
WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is detailed in the attached Payment No. 2 (Final) and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO
LAKES, MINNESOTA:
• Payment Request No. 2 (Final) is approved for a final contract amount of $93,282.31.

Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of February, 2008.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member
Gallup and -upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Stoltz, Gallup, Reinert, O'Donnell, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
