Council MembeP ' Donnellintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF LINO LAKES
COUNTY OF ANOKA
RESOLUTION NO. 08 -58
RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLER LICENSE
WHEREAS, H & H Restoration Services, Inc., has submitted a peddler's license
application to the city clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, H & H Restoration Services, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of
Ordinance No. 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license
for a for - profit business; and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on
all company representatives who would be soliciting in the city;
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes:
H & H Restoration Services, Inc. is hereby authorized to solicit construction services
door to door for a period of six - months beginning June 9, 2008 subject to all conditions
and provisions of said ordinance.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of June, 2008.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council
Member Stoltz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof:
O'Donnell, Stoltz, Gallup, Reinert, Bergeson
The following voted against same:
none
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
