I35E/CSAH 14 Interchange
3/5 Vote
On October 24, 2011 the City Council approved resolution No. 11 -108 adopting assessments for
the I -35E /CSAH 14 Interchange project. The resolution provided for the deferment of
assessments on properties that were undeveloped in accordance with the provisions of Minn.
Stat. § 429.061, subd. 2.
Upon preparing the Certificates of Deferment staff identified one property, included on the
deferment list, which did not meet the eligibility requirements. Accordingly this property is
proposed to be removed from the list and the assessment certified to Anoka County for taxes
payable in 2012. The property owner has been informed of the correction.
