RESOLUTION NO. 05 -09
PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR CENTENNIAL
YOUTH HOCKEY ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT LAWFUL GAMBLING
AT TRAPPER'S BAR AND GRILL
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of
February 14, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department conducted a background investigation;
and
WHEREAS, the Centennial Youth Hockey Association is in compliance with City
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the application be
approved by the local unit of government.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby
approves the charitable gambling activity by the Centennial Youth Hockey Association at
Trapper's Bar and Grill, 6810 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota.
Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th`h day of February,
2005.

Consider Resolution No. 05 -09, Approving
Renewal of Premises Permit for Centennial
Youth Hockey Association to Conduct Lawful
Gambling at Trapper's Bar & Grill.
Simple Majority (3/5 Vote)
City staff has received an application from the Centennial Youth Hockey Association for
approval of their premises permit to conduct lawful gambling at Trapper's Bar & Grill,
6810 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. The expiration date of the premises permit
corresponds with the expiration date of the organization's lawful gambling license, as per
state guidelines. The premises permit will be in effect from April 1, 2005 through March
31, 2007.
The police department conducted a background check and found no information to deny
issuing the permit.
A copy of the application and the results of the background investigation are on file in the
city clerk's office.
Resolution 05 -09 approves the application for the premises permit renewal.
