HomeMy WebLinkAbout2005-065 Council Resolution• • Fairview Clinic,page 10 CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 05 -65 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR VILLAGE NO. 2 WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for The Village No.2 was approved with Resolution 05 -64 by the City Council °n May 9th, 2005 with conditions, and WHEREAS, the final plat for The Village No.2 complies with City requirements and the applicable conditions of Resolution 05 -64 have been satisfied. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the final plat for The Village No.2 1. Prior to execution by the City of Lino Lakes the `Rehbein Property' must be removed from the final plat and the north line of Outlot A be modified accordingly. Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of May 2005. - ATTEST; -Anri Blair, C ijy Clerk • CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 05 -65 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT REPORT WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented the Pavement Management Report to the Council for approval, and WHEREAS, it has been requested that this report be accepted by the Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: 1. Studenski COUNCIL MEETING DATE: May 9, 2005 TOPIC: Resolution No. 05 -65, Accepting Pavement Management Report VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority BACKGROUND: At the November 17, 2004 Work Session, staff presented the Pavement Management Report dated November 16, 2004 to the City Council. The report shows the current condition of City streets and presents optimum actions to extend the pavement life at the lowest overall cost. It was then requested, at the April 20, 2005 Work Session, that this report be accepted by the Council. OPTIONS: 1. Return to staff for further review. 2. Adopt Resolution Number 05 -65, Accepting Pavement Management Report. 3. Not adopt Resolution Number 05 -65. RECOMMENDATION: Option No. 2 - Staff recommends that Resolution No. 05 -65 be adopted.
