CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 06-14
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO
ORDINANCE NO. 12 -05 (2006 FEE SCHEDULE)
WHEREAS, the City has recently received requests for information #o be
provided on a computer disk or DVD and there is no fee established for said
services;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Lino Lakes hereby approves the following addition to Ordinance No. 12 -05, the
2006 FEE SCHEDULE:
BUSINESS AND MISCELLANEOUS
COMPUTER DISK OR DVD
$7.00 (an additional charge may
be applied if the staff time
involved in producing the
information exceeds a
reasonable level)
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of February, 2006.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by

Consideration of adopting Resolution 06 -14 amending the
2006 Fee Schedule (Ordinance No. 12 -05)
VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority
City Hall has recently received requests for information to be provided on a DVD,
however, there is no fee established for such a service.
Staff is recommending that a fee of $7.00 be included in the City's Fee Schedule. The
fee would be established for the provision of information on DVD's as well as computer
disks.
1. Adopt Resolution No. 06 -14 amending the 2006 City Fee Schedule to include a
charge for computer disks and DVDs.
2. Refer to staff for further review.
3. Deny Resolution No. 06 -14.
