RESOLUTION NO. 06-26
APPROVING ISSUANCE OF A 3.2 OFF SALE MALT LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
JASON'S BOBBY & STEVE'S AUTO WORLD
WHEREAS, the City has received a request for a 3.2 Malt Liquor License for
Jason's Bobby & Steve's Auto World at 7090 21' Av S;
WHEREAS, the applicants have submitted the necessary applications, insurance
and fees for a license; and
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background
investigation of the applicants, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council
hereby approves the request of Jason' s Bobby & Steve's Auto World for a 3.2 Off Sale
Malt Liquor License
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of February, 2005

Consider Resolution No. 06-26, Approving 3.2 % Off
Sale Malt Liquor License for Jason's Bobby & Steve's
Auto World (7090 21st Av S)
VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority (3/5 Vote Required)
BACKGROUND:
Jason Snyder and Robert Williams have submitted an application for a 3.2 Off Sale Malt
Liquor License for Jason's Bobby & Steve's Auto World at 7090 21st Av S, along with
the required documentation.
Staff has completed the necessary steps to verify that the requirements for this license
have been met, including proper insurance coverage and completion of background
checks.
The Lino Lakes Police Department has completed a background criminal history check
and has indicated there is nothing that should stop or deny the application process at this
time.
A copy of the application and the results of the background check are on file in the city
clerk's office.
OPTIONS:
1. Approve Resolution No. 06-26 authorizing issuance of a 3.2 Off Sale Malt
Liquor License Application for Jason's Bobby & Steve's Auto World;
2. Deny Resolution No. 06 -26
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommendation is option 1.
