CITY OF LINO LAKES
RESOLUTION NO. 04-62
APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON -SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSE
WITH SUNDAY SALES
FOR POBLANO'S MEXICAN RESTAURANT, 730 APOLLO DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled
meeting on April 24, 2006, and;
WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed approval of a new On -Sale Wine
and Beer license with Sunday Sales for Poblano's Mexican Restaurant located at 730
Apollo Drive, #140, and;
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an
investigation of the applicants, and;
WHEREAS, Poblano's Mexican Restaurant is in compliance with City Code Section
701 Concerning Liquor Licensing, and qualifies for such license and;
WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the
necessary fees;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino
Lakes hereby approves the new On -Sale Wine and Beer license with Sunday Sales for
Poblano's Mexican Restaurant subject to all the fees, provisions and conditions of the
laws of the city, state and of the federal government.
Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of April, 2006.
